The Opportunity

What You'll Do

Reporting to the Head of Business Management, you'll translate complex data into clear, actionable strategy across competitive intelligence, pricing, partnership performance, and operational analytics. You'll lead the BI team and sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, and analytics โ€” supporting the senior leadership decisions that shape M-KOPA Ghana's market position and commercial growth.

What You Need

4+ years of progressive experience in strategy, business intelligence, analytics, or management consulting, with a proven track record in high-growth commercial environments.
