Are you a strategic legal professional with a passion for technology and innovation? arenaflex is seeking an experienced Senior Counsel to join our Digital Products and Data Analytics legal team. This is a remarkable opportunity to provide legal guidance and strategic counsel to the leadership teams driving our digital transformation initiatives.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted legal advisor to senior executives and management across various business units, addressing complex legal issues that impact our digital product development, data analytics initiatives, and technology operations. You will be instrumental in structuring and negotiating business agreements that support our Digital and Data Analytics/Insights organizations, including master service agreements, vendor agreements, data licensing arrangements, and supply agreements.

The ideal candidate for this Senior Counsel position will possess a unique blend of legal expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. Legal Expertise: Deep knowledge of intellectual property law, technology transactions, privacy and security regulations, and contract law. You must be capable of serving as a generalist who can quickly adapt to new areas of law as our digital products evolve.
Business Acumen: Understanding of how digital products and data analytics drive business value. You should be able to align legal strategies with business objectives and communicate the legal implications of business decisions in terms that resonate with non-legal stakeholders.

Negotiation and Communication: Strong negotiation skills for drafting and finalizing complex agreements, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate legal concepts clearly.
