What You'll Do
As a Senior Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact analytics that drive business decisions and improve customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Build Comprehensive Examinations and Data Visualizations: Create examinations, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provide critical support to operations and decision-making for the sign-up and trade product spaces. Develop dashboards and reports that tell compelling stories with data and make complex information accessible to stakeholders at all levels.
- Answer Critical Business Questions: Provide analytical expertise on the various trade streams across our streaming platforms to improve customer experience and increase transformations. Use your analytical skills to address key questions about the performance of different sign-up and trade channels, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Advance Analytical Capabilities: Elevate the analytical capabilities of the business by collaborating on the design of diagnostic solutions and delivering exceptional data insights and products. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to develop analytics frameworks that support data-driven decision-making.
- Leverage Technical Tools: Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. Build efficient data pipelines and automated reporting solutions that scale with business needs.
- Apply Statistical Analysis: Employ descriptive and inferential statistics including t-tests, chi-square tests, ANOVA, correlation analysis, regression, factor analysis, and other advanced statistical techniques to understand companion behaviors and value patterns. Translate statistical findings into actionable business recommendations that drive measurable outcomes.
- Drive Business Impact: Make a meaningful impact across the business by identifying trends, uncovering opportunities, and providing strategic recommendations that improve key performance metrics and support organizational growth objectives.

- Project Delivery Experience: Proven experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects, taking them from ambiguous requirements to successful stories, communicating across diverse audiences, and ultimately driving measurable business outcomes.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to build strong working relationships with partners, colleagues, and technical peers. You should be comfortable presenting complex findings to senior leadership and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
