Position Overview – Senior Data Analyst (Remote)
careerzynith is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Examination team. In this remote role, you will be the linchpin for subscription‑related data flows, ensuring the accurate capture, processing, and remediation of subscriber information across the careerzynith streaming portfolio—including careerzynith+, careerzynith Stream, careerzynith Sports+, and careerzynith International+. Key Responsibilities
- Data Pipeline Management: Own the end‑to‑end ingestion and archival of subscriber data related to price changes, subscription modifications, and new account creation. Ensure data integrity and compliance throughout the lifecycle.
- Issue Identification & Remediation: Detect and prioritize subscriber records that require corrective action, collaborating with the Incident Management Board, Business Operations, and Product Design to guarantee timely resolution and accurate discount application.
- Business Requirements Translation: Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications, delivering concise updates on project status and potential roadblocks.
