Location & Flexibility

This role can operate remotely within the US (we are prioritizing candidates based on the US West Coast) OR be based out of one of our major US office locations - Charlottesville, VA, Durham, NC, Columbus, OH, or Boston, MA.

The Opportunity

TELUS Digital is at the forefront of enabling the next generation of AI, and we're looking for a Senior Director, AGI Builders Sales, to help lead that charge. We are looking for someone who can build, inspire, and scale a world-class sales team while personally driving and closing some of the most complex and high-value deals in the market.

As a senior leader within our Data Annotation practice, you will set the strategic direction for your team, cultivate executive-level relationships with AGI Builders and Fortune 1000 clients, and act as a key growth driver for TELUS Digital's Data Annotation practice. You'll operate as a pod owner — aligning client market planning, pipeline development, and go-to-market execution across sales, marketing, and solutions teams — while modeling the consultative, high-performance sales culture you expect from your team.
