The Spirit of the Position:

The National Senior Director of Maintenance, Transportation provides strategic and operational leadership for the Maintenance Department across all shuttle operations, ensuring safe, reliable, compliant, and cost‑effective performance in a 24/7 environment. Reporting to the VP of Transportation, North America, this role oversees location-based shops, fleet reliability, mechanical safety, budgeting, and P&L support, while maintaining daily financial accountability and high service standards.

The Senior Director leads maintenance planning, staffing, and performance management, and partners closely with operations, safety, and executive leadership. This position is accountable for meeting and exceeding LAZ Transportation standards, airport authority requirements, and all applicable regulatory mandates.
