As a Senior Finance & Business Analyst at CFC, you will serve as a strategic partner and data analyst expert, leveraging advanced financial modeling,  market intelligence, strong business expertise, and SaaS business experience to drive organizational performance. This role translates complex, and often ambiguous data into actionable insights that inform executive decision-making. This role also leads high-impact analytical initiatives aligned with business strategy, including the evaluation of ARR and MRR trends, retention and churn indicators, customer performance, revenue forecasting and other KPI’s critical to a subscription-based business model.

Note: This position is remote; employees are eligible to work remotely in any of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OR, PA, TX, VA, WA.  Travel Requirements This role involves occasional travel to the Seattle office, typically between 1 to 4 times per year depending on the position.  

The hiring range for this position is $115,000-142,000 annually. The pay offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
