Job Overview
In this role, you will have the flexibility to telecommute from the comfort of your own home in Texas, taking on challenging tasks and contributing to the success of our team. As a Senior Data Entry Specialist, you will operate data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions, including Claims and Network Operations. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week, with occasional overtime and weekends during peak periods. If you reside within a commutable distance to our office, you will be required to attend quarterly team meetings onsite.
Primary Responsibilities
- Moderate work experience within own function, with some tasks completed without established procedures
- Basic tasks are completed without review by others, while supervision and guidance are required for higher-level tasks
- Operating data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions, including Claims and Network Operations
- Working during normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm CST, with flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends based on business needs
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 1 year of experience working in customer service
- Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Ability to work during normal business hours, including flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends
Telecommuting Requirements
To work remotely, you will need to:
- Reside within Texas
- Have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Have a reliable high-speed internet connection
- Keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
