The Senior Global Compensation Expert is a senior expert within the Total Rewards Center of Excellence (COE) of the Nemetschek Group, responsible for the design and delivery of global compensation programs. This role is a key driver in building a unified, competitive, and future-ready compensation framework, enabling Nemetschek Group to attract, motivate, and retain top talent across all brands and geographies.
This position will participate in establishing strategic compensation plans and objectives and contribute to development of Total Reward policies. Interacts with employees, senior management, and executives.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Additionally, Bluebeam provides best-in-class benefits, with 100% employee-covered health and welfare benefits and paid time off. Bluebeam is a growing company with many opportunities. Base Pay Range: $108,900- $136,000 + Annual bonus
