Position Overview
Seeking a Senior Net Revenue Analyst to support complex reimbursement analytics, financial planning, and net revenue integrity across assigned subsidiaries. This role plays a key part in strategic decision-making through detailed analysis, reporting, and projections related to reimbursement and net revenue.
Note: This is not a revenue cycle position.
This role follows a hybrid work model:
• In-state employees: Onsite once per week
• Out-of-state employees: Onsite twice per year for three consecutive days
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Net Revenue Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
• Prepare and/or review schedules supporting Medicare, Medicaid, and Blue Cross cost report submissions in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Analyze third-party cost report changes year over year and investigate variances
• Prepare monthly contractual models and provide in-depth analysis of contractual allowances for assigned subsidiaries
• Evaluate assumptions and methodologies and recommend updates as appropriate
• Perform monthly reserve analyses to ensure an adequate reserve position and report changes from prior estimates
• Develop complex projections and provide analytical support during the annual net revenue budgeting process
• Monitor and research third-party reimbursement regulations and changes, summarizing financial impacts and estimating effects on payment and budget assumptions
• Coordinate data collection and prepare schedules for third-party audits, settlements, and cash reconciliations
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a progressively responsible reimbursement or finance role
• Demonstrated experience with Net Revenue and/or Cost Reporting
Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience supporting Home Health and/or Physician Group operations
• Experience with Kodiak RCA (formerly Crowe)
• MBA or CPA
• Progressive management experience
