About Goodnotes:

As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for a dedicated Senior Payroll Specialist to support our expanding team across multiple countries.

Role Overview:
As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll operations across all countries where Goodnotes operates. You will collaborate with payroll vendors and Employer of Record (EOR) partners to manage payroll tickets, adjustments, expenses, and invoicing.In addition to day-to-day payroll activities, you will play a key role in the Workday integration project, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between our payroll processes and Workday.

This is a 1-year fixed-term role, ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience handling multi-country payroll and systems implementation.

This role is a remote position in the UK, though the ideal candidate will hold expertise in Spanish / international payroll operations.
