Mood is a premier online source for legal cannabis products. We are a fast-growing D2C e-commerce brand dedicated to delivering high-quality, legal THC products directly to our customers' doorsteps. 

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a highly analytical marketer to help us build a stronger creative testing engine across paid channels. This person will play a key role in turning performance data into clear testing hypotheses, stronger creative direction, and repeatable learnings that improve acquisition performance over time.

The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-oriented Performance Marketing Manager, Creative Testing to build and operate a robust, data-driven creative testing engine across our paid acquisition channels. This is not a role for a passive observer or creative operations lead; to succeed in this role, you need to be a self-driven "insight hunter" who possesses the high-level ownership required to turn raw data into a scalable competitive advantage

In this role, you will translate performance data into clear hypotheses, testing plans, and creative direction. You will partner closely with media buying and creative teams and go beyond surface-level metrics (CTR, CPA) to uncover the "why" behind performance, building a robust and scalable pipeline that ensures our paid acquisition is fueled by deep consumer psychology and rigorous experimentation.

This role is ideal for someone with a primarily media buying, performance marketing, or growth marketing background who understands how to turn customer data into a scalable creative testing engine.

What We’re Looking For

This role is not a traditional brand creative or creative ops role. We are specifically looking for someone who can use performance data to build testing hypotheses, drive structured experimentation, and improve acquisition results through a repeatable creative testing engine.
