The RoleWe’re seeking a senior-level Digital Product Designer (Visual Focus) to create high-quality, scalable interfaces for modern web applications. This is a design-first role for someone with strong visual instincts, a systems mindset, and a focus on polished execution across UI, design systems, and production-ready outputs.
Location: Remote. Eastern or Central Time Zones preferred.
What You’ll Do- Design high-quality interfaces across web applications, from wireframes through high-fidelity prototypes on high-impact, cross-industry projects
- Translate business needs into intuitive, visually strong user experiences
- Build and maintain design systems in Figma, including components, variables, and design tokens
- Use AI tools to explore concepts, generate variations, and accelerate design workflows
- Produce developer-ready designs and partner closely with engineers on implementation
- Lead workshops and present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audience
Requirements- 3–5 years of experience in UI, product, or visual design
- Strong Figma skills, including components and design systems
- Proven visual design ability across wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Experience using AI tools to support design workflows and concept exploration
- Strong communication skills, including leading workshops and presenting ideas clearly
- Understanding of design systems, design tokens, and front-end collaboration
- Preferred skills include exposure to design tokenization, component handoff to development, and AI-related certifications in design or UX
