Job Description:

The senior product manager must have demonstrated experience with the Palantir platform along with excellent communication, problem solving, risk management and stakeholder management skills including executive level leadership. Demonstrate experience developing data readiness plans and integrating Purview to protect sensitive data. This individual is responsible for defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, and value proposition for FPAC systems, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and enterprise service delivery goals. This includes developing and maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes high-value capabilities, supports cross-program integration, and enables scalable, repeatable service offerings.

• Oversee agile product delivery, managing backlogs, prioritizing features, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver incremental value.
• Provide leadership in risk management, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making.
• Platform vision statement and roadmap based on FPAC business needs
• Platform branding, communications, and value proposition statement to align USDA IT and FPAC business leadership and ensure common objectives of administration, Secretary, and USDA strategic objectives
• Scheduled (bi-weekly) and ad hoc communications support to all FPAC business leadership from OCIO, Platform team, and project team to ensure validity of use cases
• Work with stakeholders to validate use cases, prioritize features and ensure stakeholder alignment to the vision and roadmap

Experience Requirements:

• 10 years� experience executive level leadership
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technologies and technical business concepts to multiple audiences.
• Establish and maintain effective business unit relationships.
