Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for careerzynith merchants and partners, responding to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and our proprietary support portal with empathy and efficiency.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical and operational issues related to the careerzynith platform, including order management, payment processing, and integration challenges.
