Your Role
- The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for reviewing existing and gathering new customer requirements and translating those requirements into technical solutions that solve business issues.
- Ensuring Project delivery within the constraints of time, cost, quality, and scope.
- Assisting in the definition of project success criteria and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and desired quality.
- Ensuring resource availability and allocation. Coordinating internal resources to deliver customer outcomes as sold
- Ability to develop detailed project plans to monitor and track the status of Projects.
- Demonstrate ability to dedicatedly manage changes to the original project scope, project timeline, project costs and escalations using appropriate verification techniques.
- Develop and manage project dependencies. Handle and mitigate Project issues and risks
- Set-up adapted project governance, deliver Project status reports and presentations
- Craft and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Driving revenue forecasting and recognition
- Proactivity and ready to take ownership of the value realization for our customers
- Develop relationships with customers enabling future account sales.
- Collaborate with project managers worldwide to improve PM efficiency.
What You Will Bring
- 6+ years of relevant experience in project management. Prefer at least 2 years managing SDDC, Virtual IT infrastructure, cloud, hybrid, or hyper-converged technology.
- Extremely proactive with strong client-facing and interpersonal communication skills
- C-level management and communication
- Excellent project planning and scheduling skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working understanding of Microsoft Office and advanced experience documenting project plans using various PM tools
- PMP / PRINCE II certification a plus
- Working understanding of Agile project management is a plus.
- Experience using change management processes for dynamic professional services projects.
- Past experience in a Professional Services setting is a plus.
- Internal customer relationship management experience (i.e. sales, pre-sales, advisory services) is a plus.
- Excellent Arabic,French, and English communication skills are needed
- Flexibility to travel across the region EMEA, up to 25%
Work Arrangement
Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
