We are currently seeking candidates for our Senior Sales Manager position to work remotely as part of our Sales Team. This full-time position reports to the North America Sales Director, and the ideal candidate is based in the U.S. Midwest region to support customer engagement, regional travel, and in-person business development

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM, with up to 50% travel. 

POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, prospecting, and securing new customer partnerships. This role builds strong, influential relationships across all levels of a customer organization — both strategic and operational — to deepen engagement between Probi and key accounts. In this position, you will develop and execute strategic account plans for high‑priority customers, partnering closely with Sales and Marketing to align on goals, strategy, and execution. To be successful, you will proactively manage a robust sales pipeline, generating new business while supporting the growth and maintenance of existing accounts. This role requires a results‑oriented, relationship‑driven sales professional with the ability to influence, strategize, and deliver in a dynamic commercial environment.
