We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver strong hiring outcomes while helping evolve a modern, data driven recruiting function.
This role offers the opportunity to partner directly with business leaders, influence hiring strategy, and contribute to building a scalable, high impact Talent Acquisition function at Resmed.
Let’s Talk About the Role
Partner with hiring leaders and People Business Partners to define hiring needs and strategies
Manage full cycle recruiting including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and references
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across priority skill areas
Use data and market insights to guide hiring decisions and workforce planning
Promote Resmed’s Employer Value Proposition to attract top talent
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize sourcing approaches
Drive process improvement, efficiency, and compliance with hiring policies
Contribute to TA projects and initiatives that enable scalable hiring solutions
Ensure a consistent and high quality candidate experience
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience
Full cycle recruiting experience in a fast paced environment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to use data to inform decisions and improve outcomes
Sound judgment and problem solving capability
Preferred
Experience supporting corporate functions, with a strong preference for accounting and finance hiring
Experience with Workday, VNDLY, or similar systems
Experience working in global or matrixed organizations
Track record of driving process improvements or TA initiatives

A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour USD.
