Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Spray Tan Artist. The Spray Tan Artist will schedule and conduct spray tan sessions, consult with clients about desired results, and recommend appropriate shades and products. Daily tasks include preparing and sanitizing equipment, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and following company protocols for application and aftercare guidance. The role also involves communicating with clients via phone, text, or online platforms, confirming appointments, and providing follow-up care instructions. The Spray Tan Artist will document services, track product usage, and collaborate with the team to support promotions, client retention, and a consistent brand experience.
Qualifications
• Experience or strong interest in spray tanning, sunless tanning techniques, or beauty/aesthetic services.
• Knowledge of skin types, basic skin care, and color matching to achieve natural-looking results.
• Ability to maintain strict hygiene standards, follow health and safety guidelines, and keep equipment and work areas clean.
• Strong client service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Comfort with using scheduling tools, messaging apps, and basic digital platforms to manage appointments and client communication.
• Reliability in managing a part-time schedule, working independently in a remote setting, and following company procedures.
• Previous experience in salon, spa, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required.
• Willingness to learn, receive training, and stay updated on spray tan products and best practices.
