Role OverviewAs a Military Spouse Surrogacy Recruiter, you’ll use your voice and relationships within military family communities to identify and refer potential surrogate candidates. Many military spouses are uniquely qualified and mission-driven — and we are looking for someone who can connect with them authentically.✅ ResponsibilitiesPromote surrogate opportunities in military spouse networks (online and in-person)Educate prospective surrogates on the process (materials provided)Screen candidates based on initial qualificationsMaintain clear records of leads, follow-ups, and outcomesOptionally build your own referral circle or sub-agents (we support tiered structure) Ideal ProfileMilitary spouse, veteran, or connected to military family communitiesPassionate about helping others and building familiesStrong communication and trust-building skillsComfortable using social media or messaging platforms for outreachNo prior surrogacy experience required — full training provided Compensation Structure$3,000 per surrogate signed and matched (California)$2,000 per match from TX, NV, AZ$1,000 for matches from other surrogate-friendly states$500 referral bonus for each surrogate matched by someone you referred into the agent networkPayout after legal contract is signedPowered by JazzHR
