Systems Engineer

 

Position Summary

The Systems Engineer plays a critical role in supporting the organization’s technology infrastructure across the multi-family portfolio, with a primary focus on system reliability, scalability, security, and acquisition readiness. This role is responsible for engineering, implementing, and supporting enterprise technology solutions across cloud, on‑premise, and IoT environments, ensuring systems are standardized, well-integrated, and aligned with operational and business needs.

 

This position requires a highly technical, detail-oriented, and innovative professional who takes ownership of systems, incidents, and initiatives from design through execution. The Systems Engineer works closely with IT pillar teams, security, and internal stakeholders to evaluate technology solutions, improve processes through automation, maintain accurate documentation, and support ongoing infrastructure and cloud operations. The core mission of this role is to maintain and evolve the company’s technology environment in a way that supports business continuity, growth initiatives, and long-term operational efficiency.

Salary range: $75,000-$90,000

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
