As we expand, we’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the charge in hiring exceptional non-clinical talent that supports our operations, culture, and growth. If you're passionate about finding great people, building inclusive processes, and driving meaningful impact across departments, this role is for you.

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll own and elevate the recruiting process for a range of non-clinical roles—from operations and HR to client experience and billing. Reporting to the Senior Director of Employee Experience, you’ll partner with hiring managers across the organization to develop thoughtful strategies, ensure consistency in hiring practices, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

We are passionate advocates of parent-focused intervention. Our e-learning platform contains thousands of home-based learning modules authored by our clinical team, helping SLPs empower caregivers to integrate speech therapy techniques into their child’s daily life and improve outcomes. Our mission is to set a new standard in speech therapy by making every caregiver a champion of their loved one’s success. We envision a world where everyone can fulfill their communication potential.
