  1. This is a contractual role for a period of 3 months with Greenway Health.
  2. Working hours for this role are strictly aligned with US business hours.

 

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and business units. This role requires strong stakeholder partnership and hiring expertise, along with a working knowledge of Excel and data analysis to prepare recruitment reports. A keen interest in AI-driven recruitment and process automation is essential to continuously improve hiring efficiency and enhance the candidate experience.
