Talent Delivery Manager

Randstad is the #1 HR Services Provider in the world, and we are hiring a Talent Solutions Manager to join our Randstad Strategic Accounts division. Our Talent Solutions Managers are recruiters that help recruit contracted employees to service clients within our strategic accounts portfolio. In addition, they are responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and submitting to clients. Each day you will prospect and sell to new and existing candidates to fully understand their needs to support our clients, resulting in full-service talent delivery.

Candidates must be based within the CST or EST time zones

What you get to do:

• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
• Leverage multiple technologies such as job boards to enhance the candidate experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with talent throughout their assignments, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate
• Execute sourcing methodologies to effectively develop a candidate pipeline
• Deliver top-tier talent that hits all the marks for our clients’ specific needs
• Connect candidates with the right opportunities and manage everything from the initial screen to the final offer
• Disrupt work processes by fostering the adoption of new tools, processes, and technologies

What you need to bring:

• 3–5 years of specialized staffing and MSP experience with a core focus on professional services and niche talent solutions
• Experienced in the end-to-end management of temporary and contract workforces, including sourcing, onboarding, and contract lifecycle management
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven track record of hitting recruitment targets and KPIs in a high-volume, results-driven environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
• Demonstrated track record of effective candidate generation strategies
• Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job
• Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
