Hi I’m Marisa, and I lead all hiring efforts at KOHO. I joined in June 2021 and have had a front-row seat to the incredible growth and evolution of the company since then. Right now, I’m excited to be looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on an initial 6-month contract, with an opportunity for the role to grow into a full-time position

About The Role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (6-month contract) to join our fully remote Canadian team, with the potential to extend.

Reporting to the Manager, Talent (Marisa), you’ll be a driver of our hiring momentum — owning searches end-to-end and helping us bring exceptional talent into KOHO during an exciting phase of our growth, our journey to getting a bank license. You’ll partner closely with leaders across tech, product, data, marketing, finance, and user success to move roles forward with pace, clarity, and strong judgment.

This role is ideal for someone who loves the thrill of the close, gets real energy from building strong pipelines, and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, standout candidate experiences that reflect who we are as a company.

The budgeted salary range for this role is $75,000-95,000 CAD / year.

At KOHO, we are dedicated to providing pay transparency to all candidates. Compensation at KOHO is determined through various factors including but not limited to: comparable salary market data within Canada, technical skill assessment, a holistic view of previous work history, and internal pay equity with other KOHO team members.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un·e Partenaire en acquisition de talents (contrat de 6 mois) pour se joindre à notre équipe canadienne en mode 100 % télétravail, avec possibilité de prolongation.

Relevant de la Gestionnaire, Talent (Marisa), tu seras un moteur important de notre momentum d’embauche — en prenant en charge les mandats de recrutement de bout en bout et en nous aidant à attirer des talents exceptionnels chez KOHO pendant une phase très stimulante de notre croissance, notamment notre parcours vers l’obtention d’une licence bancaire.

Tu collaboreras étroitement avec des leaders en technologie, produit, données, marketing, finance et expérience utilisateur afin de faire avancer les rôles avec rapidité, clarté et un excellent jugement.

Ce rôle est idéal pour quelqu’un qui aime le frisson de conclure une embauche, qui trouve une réelle énergie à bâtir des pipelines solides et qui est fier·ère d’offrir des expériences candidats attentionnées et mémorables, à l’image de notre culture.
