<br>As the <strong>Team Lead | Marketing & Social Media Strategy</strong>, you will help drive the strategic direction, execution, and performance of Fulton Grace’s agent and corporate social media initiatives. This role oversees a small team of marketing support specialists and ensures all campaigns, content, and channel strategies align with overarching agent and corporate business goals and brand standards.<br><br>
</div><div>You will act as both a strategic architect and team leader—guiding high-level campaign planning, mentoring team members, and partnering cross-functionally to elevate brand presence and agent success. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, creative vision, data fluency, and executional and operational excellence.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><div><strong>Marketing Strategy & Leadership</strong></div><ul>
<li>Help lead the development of integrated, multichannel marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, agent growth, and business performance.</li>
<li>Partner closely with the Director of Marketing to define quarterly and annual marketing priorities.</li>
<li>Translate company goals into scalable marketing initiatives across digital, social, email, paid media, and offline channels.</li>
<li>Establish and enforce brand voice and messaging consistency across all outputs.</li>
<li>Oversee and collaborate with agents to understand their individual branding and marketing goals to support their brand growth across multichannel campaigns.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Team Management & Development</strong></div><ul>
<li>Directly manage and mentor your team, providing guidance on execution, prioritization, and professional development.</li>
<li>Delegate and oversee day-to-day marketing tasks while maintaining accountability for overall output quality and performance.</li>
<li>Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture focused on innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Social Media & Content Strategy</strong></div><ul>
<li>Lead the strategic vision for all organic social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring growth, engagement, and brand differentiation.</li>
<li>Oversee the content calendar and ensure a cohesive mix of brand storytelling, agent promotion, and audience engagement.</li>
<li>Guide content creation direction including video, UGC, and campaign storytelling.</li>
<li>Identify emerging trends and platform opportunities, adapting strategy proactively.</li>
<li>Help lead social media and marketing group trainings alongside other members of the marketing department.</li>
<li>Oversee and execute content strategies for agents participating in Fulton Grace’s managed social media program.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Campaign & Project Oversight</strong></div><ul>
<li>Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and KPIs.</li>
<li>Optimize workflows and processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration.</li>
<li>Act as the first escalation point for complex projects to ensure successful delivery.</li>
<li>Help elevate projects and issues to the Director of Marketing as needed.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Performance Analytics & Optimization</strong></div><ul>
<li>Help define KPIs and measurement frameworks across all marketing channels.</li>
<li>Analyze performance data (engagement, reach, conversion, CPA, etc.) and translate insights into strategic recommendations.</li>
<li>Continuously optimize campaigns, content strategies, and channel investments based on performance insights.</li>
<li>Report on marketing effectiveness to leadership with clear, actionable insights.</li>

<strong>Market Intelligence & Innovation<br></strong><br>

<li>Play a key role in market research efforts to identify trends, competitive positioning, and audience behavior.</li>
<li>Help introduce new tools, platforms, and tactics to keep Fulton Grace at the forefront of real estate marketing.</li>
<li>Drive experimentation and innovation across channels, especially in social and video content.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications & Requirements</strong></div><ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li>
<li>7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry, with demonstrated team management experience.</li>
<li>Deep expertise in social media platforms, content strategy, and audience growth.</li>
<li>Strong background in multichannel marketing strategy, including paid and organic channels.</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead campaigns from strategy through execution and optimization.</li>
<li>Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and marketing platforms.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.</li>
<li>Creative thinker with a strong eye for branding, storytelling, and content quality.</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining strategic focus.</li>
