Records & Investigations Team Lead

Position Summary

Zinda Law Group is a rapidly growing personal injury law firm committed to helping people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Records & Investigations Team Lead to oversee the team responsible for medical records, investigative documentation, and vendor-supported records and investigations work. This role reports to the Director of Legal Operations and supports two key functions: Legal Assistant – Investigations and Paralegal – Medical Records.

The ideal candidate has law firm experience and has helped lead team execution through training, coaching, work review, workflow management, issue escalation, KPI reporting, vendor follow-up, and process improvement. This person should bring leadership, ownership, urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to hold both internal team members and third-party vendors accountable. This role is remote or hybrid, if you are in the Austin, Texas, area.

Salary: 33.00 - 41.00 depending upon experience
