Since we are growing like crazy and have big plans, the starting date is ideally tomorrow. But for the right candidate, we are willing to wait. Quality always pays off.

Most of the process for this position will be handled by Max.

  1. I review your application: Apart from your CV feel free to include a few words as to what motivates you to join Klar.
  2. We get to know each other: We have a 30-minute meeting in which I will tell you more about our vision for Klar plus, we'll get to see whether both our expectations align.
  3. We really get to know each other: We will have a second meeting in which I want to understand what drives you and where you want to be in the future. You can ask me anything you want - nothing is off the table. We will talk for as long as necessary and by the end of it we should both feel comfortable.
  4. You meet my Co-Founders - we value strong fit and alignment within our team. This gives you and us a chance for a final check.
  5. You get an offer - and hopefully sign it ✌️

If all goes well, this process should be done within 2 weeks.

About The Position

Due to our dominant position in the eCommerce reporting and attribution market we have established relationships with the large platforms in the eCommerce ecosystem like Shopify & TikTok.

The goal of this role is to take over ownership of these relationships which will mean help these partners accomplish their goals which in turn will generate new customers for Klar.

This will mean the following:

Own and scale Klar’s tech ecosystem relationships

Build Klar’s presence inside partner organizations

Drive inbound referrals at scale

Leverage our existing strategic partnerships
