This remote role blends hands-on lighting and electrical knowledge with exceptional customer communication, troubleshooting, and service management skills. The representative supports customers through product selection, installation, and issue resolution while ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Please note, scheduled hours for this position will be 11:30a.m. to 8:00p.m. ET / 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT
