We’re looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy Technical Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a solid technical background who is eager to help streamline our systems, manage technical tools, and support our internal teams with their technology needs.
This is a full-time remote position.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve existing processes across different departments (for example, Sales/Customer Support, etc.)
- Reduce manual work using automation tools and AI-based solutions
- Handle technical requests in internal chats, including resolving issues related to tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, Stripe, and similar platforms
- Research tools, workflows, and technical solutions to support business needs
- Design and introduce new processes that improve operational efficiency
