We are seeking an exceptional Transformational Executive to join our team in the BPO Healthcare Sector, specifically focusing on the payer segment, including Medicare, ACA, and Medicaid. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the BPO industry, with 15+ years of experience and a proven track record of success in building and maintaining strategic partnerships with global teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with large healthcare payer organizations, focusing on Medicare and ACA relationships
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive client success, identify obstacles, and develop solutions
- Developing new business opportunities and working with the account management team to drive growth
- Ensuring delivery teams understand client requirements and providing proper reporting to client teams
- Leading strategic meetings, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
- Traveling to client and company locations as required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 15+ years of experience in BPO services, with a strong understanding of horizontal BPO offerings (F&A, supply chain, procurement, contact center, and HR)
- A solid professional network and the ability to build relationships with decision-makers
- Strong knowledge of outsourced solutions and the ability to analyze data, synthesize, and present results to C-level executives
- Confident leadership skills, with the ability to work with various teams and inspire them to deliver above and beyond
- Business foresight and the ability to strategize, demonstrate deep business insight, and identify strategic opportunities
- A Bachelor's Degree and a strong desire to make a meaningful impact in the industry
