Job Description:
• Effectively manage small, mid-market, and large corporate clients during online banking systems upgrade
• Provide efficient technical support, customer service, and sales assistance
• Deliver instructor-led virtual classroom training sessions for clients
• Consult with clients to identify additional needs related to products or services
• Provide contact center support for commercial bank clients
• Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interactions
• Successfully complete initial training program and ongoing learning
• Provide outstanding customer service to top tier clients
• Understand and assist customers with NACHA files
Requirements:
• Experience as a Treasury Management sales resource
• Experience in client service/account management or product management
• Background in online banking/wire transfer conversions
• Experience with ACH, wire transfer, lockbox, and related bank services
• Proven track record of exceeding expectations through superior execution
• Organized and conducted training sessions for various companies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency using Microsoft Suite
• Must have B2B experience
• Understanding and experience with NACHA files
• Minimum of 6 months to 5+ years of experience in Treasury Management
