Treatment Supervisors provide clinical and treatment supervision in accordance with licensing board requirements. Responsibilities include individual and group supervision (as applicable), documentation and billing review, and ongoing clinical guidance for interns, clinical trainees, MHPs, and case managers.
Provide clinical supervision to assigned interns, clinical trainees, MHPs, and case managers
Review documentation and billing for quality, accuracy, and compliance
Support professional growth and clinical skill development
Collaborate with leadership, HR, and administrative supervisors when performance concerns arise

Meet supervision frequency requirements set by licensing boards and academic programs
Provide clinical guidance that supports quality care, professional development, and ethical practice
Supervise psychotherapy and/or skills services provided in school, office, home, or community settings
Review diagnostic assessments, provide feedback, approve service recommendations, and sign completed assessments
Ensure timely and compliant documentation review
Collaborate with other supervisors, directors, coordinators, HR, and administrative staff as needed
Complete required annual trainings and continuing education to maintain licensure supervision status
Seek supervisory and peer consultation as appropriate
Uphold and promote Fernbrook Family Center’s mission and values
Follow all agency policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned

Flexible scheduling, generally between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Salaried positions: 40–43 hours per week, with additional hours as needed
Hourly positions: Up to 40 hours per week; overtime requires pre-approval
There are currently no travel requirements for this position. All supervision is conducted remotely via the agency’s Microsoft Teams platform, in alignment with licensing board approvals. This requirement is subject to change if licensing board standards are updated.
Active licensure as one of the following: LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP
Eligibility to provide supervision per licensing board standards
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, automobile insurance, and acceptable driving record (for community-based roles)
Ability to pass required criminal background checks
Experience working with children, adults, and families
Prior supervisory experience
