What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our product catalog. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Product Data Entry: Enter new product information into the arenaflex Seller Central platform with precision and meticulous attention to detail. This includes inputting product titles, detailed descriptions, specifications, and category assignments.
- Listing Management: Ensure that all product listings strictly adhere to arenaflex's comprehensive guidelines and quality standards. You'll review listings to confirm they meet our brand requirements and marketplace policies.
- Content Updates: Regularly update existing product information, including refining titles, enhancing descriptions, managing image galleries, and adjusting pricing strategies based on market conditions.
- Inventory Monitoring: Track and update stock quantities across our entire product portfolio. You'll ensure that inventory levels are accurately reflected in real-time to prevent overselling and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with team members across departments to resolve data discrepancies, investigate issues, and implement corrective measures promptly.
