Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 24x7 operational support for SAP Supply Chain applications and integrations.
• Monitor SAP systems, interfaces, batch jobs, middleware, cloud services, and infrastructure.
• Proactively identify, triage, and resolve incidents (P1–P4) to minimize business impact.
• Lead major incident management, war rooms, and stakeholder communications.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive problem management activities.
• Support releases, deployments, environment readiness, and production validations.
• Monitor critical business transactions and escalate operational risks.
• Develop SOPs, runbooks, knowledge articles, and operational documentation.
• Drive automation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Prepare operational dashboards, KPI reports, and governance updates.
Preferred Functional Experience:
• SAP S/4HANA, MM, SD, WM/EWM, PP, TM, APO/IBP
• Supply Chain Management processes

Experience: 8+ years in SAP Production Support, Command Center Operations, or SAP Supply Chain Application Support.
