Key Responsibilities
- Process all incoming Excel‑based orders (both macro‑enabled and standard worksheets) with speed and precision.
- Reformat Excel orders to match internal templates, ensuring consistency across all data fields.
- Create and maintain user profiles for each new Excel order, linking them to the appropriate client accounts.
- Enter paper‑based orders from both Consumer and Business Gift divisions, meeting tight deadlines and quality standards.
- Handle Treasury Batch orders efficiently, adhering to strict compliance timelines.
- Generate and update Customer Gift History lists, providing accurate historical data for sales and marketing teams.
- Enter catalog requests, address changes, and other supplemental information into the central database.

Essential Qualifications
