Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Product Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, including screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, and other required documentation
- Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
- Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, and other activities
- Participating in private chat rooms or discussions with market research firms to provide feedback on the product being tested
- Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Ability to follow specific instructions and attention to detail
- Curious spirit and willingness to learn
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
- Access to a computer and reliable internet connection
- Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures

- Must be 18 years or older
