You'll be the face of our company, providing timely and accurate information to our clients, and resolving their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Inbound Calls: Respond to incoming calls from clients regarding property tax-related questions, providing clear and concise information to address their concerns.
- Make Outbound Calls: Conduct follow-up calls with clients to ensure their issues are resolved, and provide additional information or support as needed.
- Email and Fax Management: Receive, research, and respond to emails and faxes related to property tax inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication with our clients.
- Multi-Tasking: Use multiple screens and applications (5-7) simultaneously, including lender websites and software, to efficiently manage client inquiries and provide support.
- Call Handling: Receive and manage calls transferred from lenders, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of client concerns.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, handling changes and priorities with ease.
- Escalation Management: Handle escalation calls with professionalism and courtesy, de-escalating situations and providing solutions to client concerns.
Essential Qualifications:
- Call Center Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in a tax or mortgage-related industry.
- Mortgage and Property Tax Knowledge: Familiarity with mortgage and property tax concepts, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise in these areas.
- Customer Support Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer support skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using multiple software applications, including MSP and Blacknight, and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Data Entry and Excel: Basic experience with data entry and Excel, with the ability to accurately and efficiently manage data.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Tax or Mortgage Call Center Experience: Previous experience working in a tax or mortgage call center environment is highly preferred.
- Collections Experience: Experience in collections or a similar field is an asset.
- Bilingual: Proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus, with an additional $1/hour pay incentive.
- Excel Experience: Advanced experience with Excel and data management is highly valued.
