Manager Intake Call Notes: " Max Bill Rate: *** " Location: Remote role, East Coast preferred but flexible " Duration: 4-month contract " Conversion: Unlikely " Interview details: Likely 2 rounds Job Summary Join our Procurement team supporting a broad range of supplier contracting engagements across the organization. This temporary Contracts Manager role leads supplier contract work from intake through signature and ongoing updates, partnering closely with business stakeholders, Procurement Category Strategy, Legal, Security, Privacy, and other support teams. You will help shape clear, practical agreements that protect our organization and keep supplier engagements moving efficiently. This is a contract role intended for someone who can step in quickly and manage active contracting work with minimal ramp-up. Responsibilities Lead supplier contracting engagements from intake through signature and subsequent amendments Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, professional services agreements, SaaS or hosted platform agreements, and related order forms Partner with internal stakeholders to clarify scope, deliverables, and contracting requirements Coordinate contract reviews with Legal, Security, Privacy, and other required risk partners Manage contract updates, changes, and follow-on documents tied to existing supplier relationships Ensure contract documentation is accurate and properly maintained in procurement systems Scope of Contract Types Supported Professional services and consulting agreements Support or shared services agreements (including legal, finance, or treasury-related services) Technology agreements, including SaaS or hosted platform arrangements Master Services Agreements (MSAs) Statements of Work (SOWs), order forms, and related amendments Qualifications Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts in a procurement or contracting function Ability to manage multiple contract engagements in parallel and drive work to completion Clear, practical communication skills with business and supplier stakeholders Experience partnering with Legal or risk teams during contract review Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent related work experience 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in legal and/or contracts, specifically including commercial contract terms and procurement agreements EEO: Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.
