What You'll Do
As a Veterinary Pharmacy Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in connecting pet parents with the medications and care their beloved animals need. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Communicating directly with veterinary clinics to coordinate prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests.
- Conducting thorough research and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for clients and clinic partners, following up as needed to ensure complete resolution.
- Accurately entering prescription data into our proprietary healthcare software systems.
- Maintaining high-quality standards through precise data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders.
- Demonstrating patience, active listening, empathy, and kindness when interacting with clients and partner clinics.
- Embracing a willingness to learn and grow—we encourage feedback, share insights, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Communicating with veterinary facilities via telephone (and other channels as needed) using our internal programs and systems to investigate solutions and document clinic note accounts.
- Handling a significant portion of your day on outbound veterinary facility and client telephone contacts.
