Job description: Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Telehealth OpportunityWe are hiring licensed therapists for a fully remote position offering a structured virtual care model. Our platform allows therapists to deliver quality care through video sessions, while we take care of the administrative work. Currently hiring in California.Job Details:
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay Range: $115,000 – $130,000
- Conduct assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
- Lead virtual therapy sessions using research-backed methods.
- Support clients dealing with PTSD by offering structured trauma therapy.
- Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate client care.
- Maintain documentation in compliance with ICD-9 requirements.
- Provide family-based counseling to improve communication and relationships.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.
- Two years of experience in outpatient or telehealth settings.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to use digital platforms effectively.
