You will work remotely, collaborating closely with a diverse team and contributing to the success of our clients around the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client communications via phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Increase sales and client lead generation via various CRMs and business application platforms
- Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements.
- Conduct online research and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
- Support project management tasks, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Assist in data entry and maintain organized digital files.
- Contribute to administrative procedures and improve existing processes.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with a C2 Level (spoken and written)
- 2+ years international business experience in a multi-lingual setting
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools).
- Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Tech-savvy, with a comfort in using various online tools and platforms.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Additional Considerations:
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate client schedules (afternoon / evening)
- Experience in remote work or collaboration with international teams is preferred.
