We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized professional to handle incoming calls and coordinate property maintenance.
This role is critical to keeping operations running smoothly — you will be the point of contact for tenants, vendors, owners, and internal coordination.
• *What You’ll Do
• Answer incoming calls from tenants and owners
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance requests
• Communicate with vendors and ensure jobs are completed
• Follow up on open work orders until resolution
• Keep records organized and up to date
• Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish
• *Requirements
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Experience in property management or maintenance coordination
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple requests
• Comfortable working remotely and handling a high volume of calls
