Our client is a nonprofit Harvard Medical School affiliate offering senior living communities and senior health care services for older adults in the Boston metropolitan area. Responsibilities :

• Utilize the nursing process to ensure the quality of care for patients at NBOC.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maximize the quality of life and care for clients in our Long Term Chronic Care or Rehab.
• Supervise other healthcare providers in meeting the daily needs of patients.
• Documenting appropriately in the electronic medical record

Qualifications :

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Must be professional, proactive, and collaborative
• Russian fluency is a plus
