Position: WordPress Developer & Client Support Specialist

The Role
We are looking for a WordPress Guru based in Cebu to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with hotel clients, helping them move their existing websites to our platform, improve their online presence, and provide day-to-day technical support.
You'll be at the heart of the onboarding process, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of client websites. Our team values -collaboration, trust, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Migrate client websites to our WordPress hosting environment
- Customize and develop WordPress websites based on client needs
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support
- Maintain, update, and optimize WordPress websites
- Work closely with the client success team to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with our educators and designers to implement best practices
- Help build documentation and processes for support and onboarding
Qualifications
- Proven experience developing and maintaining WordPress websites
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Experience with WordPress builders (e.g., Elementor, Gutenberg, WPBakery)
- Familiar with hosting environments, DNS, SSL, and performance optimization
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
- Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working independently and within a distributed team
- Willingness to grow with the company and be part of building a future Cebu office
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience working with hospitality or hotel clients
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for WordPress
- Familiarity with staging environments, Git, and version control
- Prior experience in a support desk or technical onboarding role
