Work-From-Home Requirements
Since this is a remote position, candidates must meet the following technical and environmental requirements:
- Workspace: A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work is essential. Your home office should be professional and free from background noise that could interrupt customer calls.
- Internet Connectivity: Excellent internet connectivity is mandatory. You must have internet access speeds of at least 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download—the faster, the better!
- Wired Connection: A hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates is required. In-house network connections are preferred.
- Compatible Internet: Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems. Please ensure your internet service meets these specifications before applying.
- Smartphone: A smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, is required. You must be able and willing to download our proprietary app that will be leveraged for company communications and notifications.
