What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our client partners, representing their brands with professionalism and empathy. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to address customer needs, concerns, and inquiries. You'll serve as the first point of contact, setting the tone for a positive customer experience.
- Problem Resolution: Listen actively to understand customer issues completely. Provide efficient and accurate solutions while explaining processes clearly. Ensure every customer feels heard, valued, and satisfied with the resolution.

What We're Looking For: Requirements & Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Must be based in the United States
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Typing speed of 20+ words per minute

Technical Requirements: Equipment You'll Need
To ensure you can perform your duties effectively from your home office, you must have the following:
- Computer: A Windows-based PC desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks and Macs are not compatible with our systems)
- Processor and Memory: Minimum requirements include a modern processor (Intel Core i3 or equivalent) and at least 4GB RAM
- Operating System: Windows 10 or later version

Schedule & Work Environment
