Job Description:
• Lead the implementation of Workday Payroll solutions
• Collaborate with clients to understand their payroll requirements
• Configure Workday Payroll to meet client requirements
• Lead and mentor junior consultants on payroll configuration and implementation best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll issues
• Stay current on Workday Payroll updates and new features
• Contribute to the development of internal tools and methodologies
Requirements:
• 3+ years of hand on experience supporting Workday Payroll implementation lifecycle processes
• Workday US Payroll certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or equivalent work experience
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, including payroll calculations, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex Workday Payroll projects from start to finish
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members preferred
