Farmers Insurance is seeking a driven, goal-oriented Agent in Training to join the Bryan Thomasson Agency. In this role, you will help drive revenue, deliver personalized insurance solutions, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere while building strong client relationships and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and closing on policies
- Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Sell and cross-sell a range of insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
- Build and sustain strong client relationships, offering continued support and policy reviews
- Meet and exceed personal sales targets, driving overall agency success
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and compliance standards
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals
- Participate actively in team meetings and strategy sessions
Skills
- Prior sales experience or a proven ability to consistently meet goals
- 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
