The Role: Technical Program Manager – Global Infrastructure

In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives that optimize our worldwide data center operations. What You'll Do


As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in managing our third-party data center (3PDC) fleet globally. Your work will directly impact the efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of our infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Collaborate with a team of Engineers and Planners to address the global fleet of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC), ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment across all locations.

  • Drive Business Intelligence: Work closely with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, conducting end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled forecasting, and compelling presentations to stakeholder groups.

  • Build Scalable Solutions: Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

  • Process Optimization: Drive process improvement through rigorous data analysis, visualization, and strategic business recommendations based on 3PDC data. Identify opportunities for improvement and lead initiatives to implement positive changes.

  • Stakeholder Management: Identify, communicate, and collaborate with stakeholders within and across multiple teams to drive impact and work toward shared organizational goals.

  • Strategic Planning: Partner with technical and non-technical teams to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project plans, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners throughout the organization.

What We're Looking For


We seek a candidate who combines technical acumen with strong program management skills. You should be comfortable bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable insights.

Required Qualifications



  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Program Management Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of leading complex initiatives from concept to completion.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: At least 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-group projects, demonstrating the ability to coordinate diverse teams toward common objectives.

  • Technical Analytics Skills: Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and controlling large datasets utilizing SQL. You should be comfortable working with complex data sets and deriving meaningful insights.

  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications



  • Large-Scale Project Management: 3+ years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse set of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.

  • Technical Program Management: Background in technical program or project management roles within technology, infrastructure, or data center operations.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Demonstrated experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders within multiple teams to drive impact and achieve shared goals.

  • Advanced Analytical Capabilities: Excellent analytical, data visualization, and critical thinking abilities. Experience with business intelligence tools and techniques is highly valued.

  • Cloud Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud computing infrastructure, data center operations, or related technical domains.
